Ahead of the SIGMA conference, Zendesk team wanted to get in touch with potential customers and book meetings in advance to grow their sales pipeline.

Their strategy

Zendesk launched a two-step campaign that consisted of a cold email outreach campaign and a dedicated landing page. The sales funnel was set up to first drive traffic from the email to a custom landing page.

The goal from there was to encourage people to book meetings and come visit Zendesk at the conference.

Every touchpoint of the campaign was highly personalized to bring conversions and high engagement. Cold email was made in a straightforward way to decrease friction and had a personalized image to drive people's attention and clicks.

Next, Zendesk redirected their audience to a custom-made landing page. Each page was tailored on individual basis using lemlist to showcase customers' name, their company logo, embedded Calendly and a personalized video.

Thanks to lemlist, we were able to send highly personalized videos in order to book meetings with our prospects.
